If you’ve already bought a product from the Stiga 100 series tools then it’s time to get your battery! This ePower E 22 battery can power any of the tools in the series and offers excellent value for money. It has a voltage of 20v and a battery capacity of 2 Ah and it weighs just 0.43kg, so therefore it won’t add too much weight to your tool once it is installed in the battery slot. 
 
The tests that Stiga runs on their E-power batteries are actually 5 times tougher than the industry standard, which means that these batteries are of the very highest quality, offering excellent performance, reliability and battery health. They have been designed to last a long time and come with a robust 5 year warranty (T&C's Apply).
 
This Stiga ePower E 22 battery is also remarkably compact at just 131 mm x 90 mm and only 60 mm high, meaning it can be stored safely in a small spot in a cupboard when it's not in use or being charged. If you’re charging it with a Stiga dual standard charger it will take around 70 minutes altogether to charge from totally flat to 100% charge - which isn't long at all and means that if you run out of power whilst you are working you can take a well-earned break while your battery charges. 
 
It's important to note that the very tools these batteries were designed to power all offer energy saving features meaning that these batteries last a long time and give a powerful and energy efficient performance no matter what job you are using them for. The electronics and software that controls the cells has been expertly developed and tested and the efficiency of the batteries is thanks to the optimised position of each individual cell designed to allow for space around it to benefit from air cooling.
